  • Training can be conducted either at your premises or at our school.
  • If the training is conducted at your premises, we understand that you will arrange for a suitable room equipped with a whiteboard and a projector.
  • Participants are strictly prohibited from making any video or audio recordings of the training sessions without prior written consent.
  • All training materials provided, including video recordings and documents are for personal use only and must not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without prior written consent.
  • Full payment must be made within one week of the training’s completion.
  • The Course is approved by the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA) and may be eligible for HRDC refunds, subject to applicable conditions. It is your responsibility to verify eligibility and submit refund applications.
  • Any request to reschedule or cancel the training must be made in writing at least 4 days in advance of the first session of the training date. Cancellations made after this period may be subject to a fee.
  • A certificate of attendance will be awarded to participants who attend at least 80% of the training.
  • Bhurtun School of Taxation Ltd will not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from the use of the information provided during the training. Participants are responsible for applying their knowledge in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
